Everywhere you turn, people talk about the shortage of Drupal talent. There are various groups dedicated to regional meetups, Drupal camps, even formal training events. The Drupal Dojo group answer the talent shortage by creating an online community dedicated to transferring knowledge from existing experts in the community to newbies who want to learn:

Since the new year, we've had an average of one "lesson" a week, and collected over 600 group members. The lessons are screencast through a VNC reflector with a Skype audio track and IRC backchannel. They are recorded and then reposted as torrent files, as well as being distilled into useful cookbook-style documentation. All the work for this is done by the community.

Starting this group has been a fascinating social/organizational process. We will be discussing this, future dojo possibilities, and the "stack" of technologies and techniques we use.
